How much is rent?

We operate on a flat monthly rate of $99/ a month rather than commission-based sales. This keeps things simple and predictable, and allows vendors to focus on building their brand without worrying about fluctuating fees.
Do you take commisions?

What’s included as a vendor?
You bring the inventory, your brand presence, and promote to your own current customer base. Static Hall handles the store operations, checkout, customer service, and promotes the vendor collective across our main social platforms.
Vendors are also expected to actively market their own space by posting new arrivals, sharing their Static Hall location, inviting customers in, and keeping their space fresh. This works best when we are both driving traffic.
Vendor payouts are monthly.
What’s the commitment?

We’re designed for brands looking for more than a short-term pop-up. Vendors commit to a minimum term of 3 months to maintain consistency, cohesion, and momentum within the space. This helps everyone involved succeed & helps the marketing we do for you, go the distance.
